Description We are looking for an experienced Tyler Munis Consultant to join our team in Beverly Hills, California, on a contract basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ERP systems to support the implementation and integration of Tyler Munis modules, ensuring smooth functionality and user adoption. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to organizational efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of Tyler Munis modules, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration with existing systems. - Perform thorough functionality testing to identify and resolve any technical issues before deployment. - Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather system requirements and align project outcomes with organizational objectives. - Develop detailed documentation for testing protocols, procedures, and results to maintain high quality standards. - Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize new modules. - Troubleshoot and address system errors or inefficiencies promptly to minimize disruptions. - Offer guidance on ERP best practices and ensure compliance with established processes. - Monitor the system's performance post-implementation and recommend improvements as needed. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Tyler Munis software or similar ERP systems. - Demonstrated proficiency in module configuration, implementation, and functionality testing. - Strong technical troubleshooting skills with proven ability to resolve system-related issues. - Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies. - Advanced skills in technologies such as ABAP, cloud technologies, CRM, and Epicor ERP. - Solid understanding of business intelligence tools, change management, and business process functions. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. - Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation for technical processes and user training.
