Job Description Insight Global is looking for a traveling Field Technician to join a managed service program for a client in the Financial Services industry. This person will be working remotely from the Concord/Walnut Creek area and will be responsible for supporting PC/Hardware issues for all branch locations from the Bay Area to Sacramento (map below). The primary need will be to support the conversion of the current branches (bank they bought) to the clients branches from a technology perspective. They would play a role in back of the house setup such as the IDF closet that includes routers, servers, racks, UPSs, patching, etc. also, front of the house which would include workstation setup that includes desktop/Laptop setup with the appropriate peripherals. This is not limited to just the above-mentioned items but would be branch IT related technologies.
