About the Role
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in providing personalized support to our members. You'll handle customer inquiries, offer expert guidance on insurance products, and ensure our members have the right coverage for their needs. Whether it's through phone calls, emails, or online chats, you'll help make the insurance process seamless and stress-free.
This role is ideal for those with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) producer agent license who enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.

After completing training, you'll transition into a hybrid schedule—working from the office for part of the week and remotely for the rest. Work schedules may vary and could include evenings and weekends to best serve our members.
What You'll Do
Assist members via phone, email, and other communication channels
Provide insurance quotes, process policy changes, and offer expert advice
Help members understand policy details, billing, and coverage options
Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently in a contact center environment
Stay up to date with insurance regulations and maintain required licenses
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
What We're Looking For
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license in your state of residence (or the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed)
At least 1 year of customer service experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar field
Strong multitasking skills and ability to navigate multiple business applications
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Bonus Points If You Have:
Military experience (veterans and spouses/domestic partners encouraged to apply)
Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $46,370 - $50,300 (based on experience and location)
Shift Differential: 15% additional pay for evenings (after 6:00 PM) and weekends
$2,000 Signing Bonus for new hires starting in February, March, or April (paid after 45 days of employment)
