• Physicians in Practice: 4; 4 NP's (clinics) & and NP's (ER)
• Required Procedures:
• General (Ventilation of Management, Evaluation, and Mgmt. of Acute Voulum /BP Issues, EKG Interpretation, Lumbar Puncture)
• Gynecology (Pelvic Exam / Pap Smear, Endometrial Biopsy, IUD Insertion / Removal)
• Orthopedics (Non-Displaced Fractures, Trigger Point/Joint Injections)
• Surgical (Skin/Tissue Biopsy, Suturing of Minor Lacerations, I & D (Incision & Drainage)
• Psychiatric (Uncomplicated Adult, Uncomplicated Child/Adolescent, Uncomplicated Geriatric)
• Occupational Medicine (Employment Physicals, Disability Exams, Diagnosis & Mgmt of Common Industrial-Related Medicine Problems)
• Service Available Onsite:
• Laboratory, Radiology, Surgery, Respiratory Therapy
• PT, OT, Speech Therapy
• Emergency supplies available:
• Defibrillator, airway, crash cart, IV supplies
• No. of Exam Rooms: 3 per provider
• Trauma Level: IV
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
• Provider will respond to In-House Codes and is expected to provide back-up for the ED
• Provider be required to supervise other healthcare providers? Yes, NPs

Requirements:

• Active IA license
• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS & NRP
• Proof of COVID Vaccine
