Job Description As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing documents within the company. Your primary focus will be on reviewing, scanning, and uploading paper documents into document management systems, ensuring they are accurate, accessible, and compliant with regulations. You will also ensure the proper and secure storage of documents. This is a great entry-level role for someone looking to grow in Doc Control or QA. Responsibilities + Organize and manage documents effectively. + Scan and upload paper documents into document management systems. + Ensure proper and secure storage of documents and monitor processes. + Archive, file, and sort both electronic and hard copy records according to quality standards. + Ensure product processes adhere to established quality standards and guidelines. + Support data collection and monitor data throughout the production process. + Effectively communicate quality-related information to supervisors, colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders. + Comply with all site policies and procedures. + Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. Essential Skills + Proficiency in document control and quality assurance. + Strong organizational and management skills. + Ability to scan and load documents into systems. + Experience with electronic quality control records and filing. + Good attention to detail and communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Commitment to safety and quality assurance. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Experience in QA is ideal but not mandatory.
